Alcohol: Yes
Glass: Coffee mug
Taste: sour, bitter
1 oz of Kahlua
1/2 oz of Brandy
1 of Coffee
1. Begin by pouring the Kahlua into a coffee mug.
2. Add the brandy to the same mug, blending it with Kahlua.
3. Pour freshly brewed coffee into the mug, filling it to about an inch below the rim.
4. Use a spoon to gently stir the mixture, ensuring all ingredients are well combined.
5. Add a generous dollop of whipped cream on top of the coffee mixture.
6. If desired, you can garnish the whipped cream with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or a few chocolate shavings.
7. Serve the Kioki Coffee immediately, with a spoon or stirrer on the side.
- To make a creamier Kioki Coffee, add a splash of heavy cream or milk before adding the whipped cream.
- To make it less sweet, use less Kahlua or consider using a dark roasted coffee.
- To make it a more comforting winter drink, add a pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg on top of the whipped cream.
