Ingredients

5 oz of Lager

5 oz of Cider

2 tsp of Blackcurrant Squash

Instructions

1. Start by pouring the blackcurrant squash into the pint glass until it fills about 1cm of the glass.

2. Slowly pour the lager into the glass, ideally at a slight angle to reduce the amount of foam created.

3. Next, pour the cider into the glass in the same manner as the lager.

4. Stir the mixture gently with a long spoon to combine the ingredients but avoid creating extra foam.

5. Optional: If you wish to garnish the cocktail, consider adding a few fresh berries or a lemon wedge on top.

- To make it sweeter, add more blackcurrant squash or a dash of simple syrup.

- To make it less boozy, replace some of the lager and/or cider with a non-alcoholic version or add more blackcurrant squash.
