ABC

Alcohol: Yes

Glass: Shot glass

Taste: sweet

Ingredients

1/3 oz of Amaretto

1/3 oz of Baileys Irish Cream

1/3 oz of Cognac

Instructions

1. Chill a shot glass by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes or by filling it with ice, then discarding the ice before building the cocktail.

2. Begin by pouring Amaretto into the shot glass using a bar spoon or the back of a regular spoon, allowing the liqueur to gently run down the spoon and into the base of the glass.

3. Slowly layer the Baileys Irish Cream on top of the Amaretto, using the same spoon technique. This will create a distinct layer between the two liqueurs.

4. Lastly, use the spoon to carefully pour the Cognac on top of the Baileys layer, creating the third and final layer.

5. Once all three layers are successfully poured, serve the shot glass immediately and enjoy the "ABC" cocktail!

- To ensure clean layers, pour slowly and steadily, using the back of a spoon to help control the flow of each liqueur.

- If you struggle to create distinct layers, try chilling the liqueurs beforehand to help them layer more easily.

- To customize the "ABC" cocktail, consider adding a small, well-paired garnish like a cherry or twist of lemon peel. Remember to keep it small to not disturb the layers.
