Alcohol: Yes
Glass: Shot glass
Taste: sour, bitter
3 oz of Kahlua
3 oz of Midori Melon Liqueur
3 oz of Baileys Irish Cream
1. Start with a clean shot glass. Place it on a flat surface for easy layering.
2. Slowly pour Kahlua into the shot glass, filling up to about 1/3 of the way.
3. Next, carefully pour Midori Melon Liqueur over the back of a spoon, letting it gently layer onto the Kahlua, filling another 1/3 of the shot glass.
4. Finally, using the same spoon technique, gently pour Baileys Irish Cream to top off the final 1/3 of the shot glass.
- To ensure clear layers in the drink, pour each layer slowly and gently, making sure not to disturb the layer beneath.
- Chilling the liqueurs beforehand can help create clean layers, as cold liquids have a higher density and are less likely to mix.
- If you prefer a less sweet shot, adjust the ratios of Kahlua and Midori accordingly, making sure not to overfill the shot glass.
- Remember to enjoy responsibly!
